You Got This. Don’t Believe Me?
Here are some limiting beliefs:
- I don’t have the energy
- I don’t have the time
The truth is that you are FULL of energy, you are meant to wake up early in the morning full of energy and excited about the day. That was how you were designed. That is the most natural state for all of us.
We get into a rhythm though where we think things are stuck and they can’t change.
That our lives can’t get better.
They can.
Anything you can imagine to be true for your life can come true. The power of the imagination is great.
I read a very interesting article that made the point that our mind dreams that’s what it does. We dream at night, and we also dream during the day. If you close your eyes and you find your mind imagining things, well, that’s because the mind is constantly dreaming. During the night it has no scaffold to frame itself but during the day it does. However it still dreams. A lot of what you experience is a dream of what is happening.
So, why not re-create your dream?
Why not believe something different? Chose a different path for yourself. A different dream to live by. If you are really living a dream, why not live your actual dreams? Why not live what you really want, what you really yearn for? You are already dreaming, so why not?
Start to believe that you are the creator of your reality. Just start by reading that sentence and allow how empowering it feels.
There are a few things that need to be looked at in order for you to be able to make this happen.
Your Thoughts
What you think about actually determines what happens in your reality. If you think something is going to be painful, you may not do it. That decision has certain consequences. Whatever we think is how we decide our lives. You can’t live your dreams if you’re fighting against yourself all day long. Meditation, exercise, sharing with others and gratitude all help to overcome these negative thoughts.
Your Physiology
In order for your dreams to come to light, you have to feel really good. When you feel really good, you feel invincible, and you do the things you never would have done before. But, how can we feel really good? Isn’t that what we’re dreaming of in the first place? In order to feel good you have to try many things and see what makes you feel good. When you feel good, notice it. What activities always bring your mood up? What people make you feel good? What moments or actions make you feel good? Notice and do more of what makes you feel good. When you feel good, no one can stop you.
